Supplied in the flat, heavy duty cases take up minimal storage space, and simple and speedy assembly means reduced labour costs.  Compared with timber, they are light in weight, resulting in lower freight charges.

Corrugated fibreboard

A wide range of board grades, including Multiply", PowerPly", Duaboard"and CAIibre" ensures the right combination of strength and economy for every application. In addition to this, a number of coatings are available to give cases added physical properties. These include Polycoat and Duacoat which provide increased weather resistance. Sesame tape can be incorporated inside the corrugated board to give additional reinforcement where required.  Board can also be colour coated to enhance both the case appearance and the image of the product inside.

Heavy Duty Corrugated

Our heavy duty corrugated fibreboard cases provide excellent and cost effective protection.  They have built-in strength and rigidity with low weight, bulk, storage and handling characteristics.

Wet strength kraft liners and adhesives ensure optimum performance in adverse transit conditions, and the construction of board also provides more effective cushioning against the jarring experienced in everyday handling and transportation.
