1. DESCRIPTION

A flexible polyurethane foam which is suitable for general use.

2. TYPICAL PHYSICAL PROPERTIES

Physical properties are measured using the relevant BS4443 Test Method for testing of "Flexible Cellular Materials".

Nominal  hardness range  100-150 Newtons

Nominal tensile strength   70 KPa minimum

Nominal elongation at break  120% Min.

Nominal compression set  10% Max.

3. FOAM CLASSIFICATION (BS3379)

Foam type B    -   Conventional Slabstock

Nominal Classification     -     A

4. COLOUR

Standard colours are White, Yellow, Green and Grey.

Colours other than the standard colour to be agreed between purchaser and supplier.
