1. DESCRIPTION
A flexible polyurethane foam containing a flame retardant additive to reduce ease of ignition and is suitable as a medium density foam with some ignition resistance.
2. TYPICAL PHYSICAL PROPERTIES
Physical properties are measured using the relevant BS4443 Test Method for testing of "Flexible Cellular Materials"
Nominal piece density range 20-23 kg/m3
Nominal hardness range 100-130 Newtons
Nominal tensile strength 70 KPa minimum
Nominal elongation at break 150% Min.
3. FOAM CLASSIFICATION (BS3379)
Foam type B - Conventional Slabstock
Nominal Classification - L
4. FLAMMABILITY CHARACTERISTICS
Capable of meeting the following:
{ Automotive : FMVSS 302
{ General : BS4735 (burn length less than 125mm)
5. COLOUR
Standard colour is Dark Grey. Colours other than the standard colour to be agreed between purchaser and supplier.
