1. DESCRIPTION

A flexible polyurethane foam of low density which can be used in applications where a soft feel is required and will only be subjected to light loading, e.g. padding material

2. TYPICAL PHYSICAL PROPERTIES

Physical properties are measured using the relevant BS4443 Test Method for testing of "Flexible Cellular Materials".

Nominal piece density range  11-14 kg/m³

Nominal  hardness range  60-90 Newtons

Nominal tensile strength   60 KPa minimum

Nominal elongation at break  150% Min.

Nominal compression set  12% Max.

3. FOAM CLASSIFICATION (BS3379)

Foam type B  -  Conventional Slabstock

Nominal Classification   -   L

4. COLOUR

Standard colour is White/Blue. Colours other than the standard colour to be agreed between purchaser and supplier
